After a complete power cycle of the failed storage server, no further errors were observed, and the server has successfully been rejoined to the storage cluster.

Having analyzed the affected storage server and the relevant logs, we suspect this incident to be caused by the same underlying NIC issue as the incident on 2026-02-15. We will investigate this further and evaluate possible remedies, including software/firmware upgrades and/or configuration changes.

After isolating the faulty storage server, performance for the affected NVMe SSD volumes in zone RMA1 should be at normal levels again.

We are investigating the root cause and will update this incident ticket if necessary.
