Temporary Issue With IPv6 DHCP Configuration in Zone RMA1

Virtual servers in zone RMA1 using DHCP might have had issues renewing their IPv6 address, potentially disrupting their Internet connectivity. Virtual servers using a static configuration for their public network interface were not affected by this issue.

The DHCP services for our customers’ virtual servers have been fully restored by 19:51 CEST. However, our engineers are still further investigating the issue.

We advise our customers to check if all of their virtual servers are currently assigned a working IPv6 address on their public network interface, and initiate an address renewal if necessary.
